Terms and Conditions

 

Services

All services shall be agreed between the Client and Expert AT Services and will be delivered within an agreed timescale.

 

Unless otherwise agreed, Expert AT Services will deliver the service, and invoice the client afterwards.

 

Ordering and Fees

All orders to be in writing, via our website referral form or email. Payment to be made within 30 days of invoice date.

 

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and a delivery timescale agreed, the following charges will apply should the client cancel:

• Less than 24 hours notice – 50% of the charge payable

• More than 24 hours notice - no charge

 

Supply of Assistive Technologies

Expert AT Services is not an equipment supplier. If, following an assessment from Expert AT Services, the Client wishes to purchase assistive technology, we will endeavour to provide the Client with 3 quotations suppliers.

 

Materials

All intellectual property in the services provided and delivered to the Client shall remain the sole property of Expert AT Services. The Client may not redistribute or publish this intellectual property without prior written consent from Expert AT Services.
