Mike Williams is a sole trader, trading as Expert AT Services.

Expert AT Services delivers training and consultancy services to disabled people and to those supporting them at school, college, university, at work, or at home.

Expert AT Services uses client information to provide and improve services including assistive technology assessments, training courses, and client support e.g. responding to questions and enquiries.

Expert AT Services process client information when we consider it is necessary in order to provide the service requested, and when it is on a lawful basis including consent, contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interests. Data Retention

Expert AT Services will retain client information for as long as necessary to fulfil services.

When Expert AT Services no longer have a business need to process client information we will delete the information.

Expert AT Services retain financial records for 5 years.

To protect client data, Expert AT Services have put in place suitable technical and organisational procedures to safeguard and secure data. Despite the security measures we take, transmission of data via the internet may not be completely secure. Clients are advised to take suitable precautions when transmitting data to Expert AT Services via the Internet.

Expert AT Services do not trade client data with any other organisation. We will only share data with the client’s consent, or if required to do so by law.
